Our aim is a website that is clear, readable, and usable across different devices and ways of navigating.

Our aim is a website that is clear, readable, and usable across different devices and ways of navigating.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a reference for improving the website. This includes readable text, clear structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, useful image descriptions, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

Known limitations

We know about the following issues:

  • The client logo strip on the home page moves continuously. It pauses while you point at it, or after you tap it on a touch screen, and stops moving when your device is set to reduce motion. It cannot yet be paused using a keyboard.

  • Some project images are short looping animations. They cannot be paused and keep moving when your device is set to reduce motion.

If movement makes a page difficult to use, please email us and we will share the information in another way.

If something gets in your way

Please email us if you have difficulty using any part of the website or need information in another format.

Tell us which page or feature caused the difficulty and what you were trying to do. If you are comfortable sharing them, details of your browser, device, or assistive technology can help us understand the issue.

We will review your message and work with you to find a practical way to access the information or contact our team.

Improving the experience

We will use feedback and accessibility checks to guide improvements. Features provided by other services may behave differently from the rest of the website. Please tell us if one prevents you from completing a task.
